PD is a dedicated program where growth happens in real time, where students are challenged to think differently, act with purpose and take ownership of who they are becoming. It's about creating a culture of growth, a space to strive to be better, not perfect, to have a heart, reflect deeply and choose what's right even when it's hard.
Through experiences, mentorship, reflection, collaboration and meaningful activities, PD helps students ride to greatness, not by accepting reality, but by challenging it.

Alpha Omega
PD at Alpha Omega is a deliberately designed program created specifically for our students, our school and our environment. Everything within the program is intentionally tailored to the student's needs, ensuring it is relevant, relatable and genuinely effective.
